Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
· * Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
· * Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Easy Self-Service Returns
We offer a convenient self-return process. You can initiate your return directly through our website by following the return instructions provided in your order details.
Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Simply print the label provided during the return process and send your item back to us.
Note: (We do not provide return shipping label for the vendor Fast Furnishings – this must be obtained directly from them.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
· * Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
· * Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your band or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
