Refund Policy

Discover our Hassle-Free Returns with Our Generous Refund Policy.

Our return policy is up to 30 days. (However please contact us asap if you have an issue with your item, if it's a vendor that supplied your item we (Panthera Couture) will not be refunded after 7 business days.) You must keep your original packaging and item must be in the original state as when it was delivered. (It can not be worn.) International customers we are sorry all sales are final. Digital downloads; all sales are final. Please send returns to Panthera Couture, PO Box 65, Meyersdale, PA 15552-0065 (Please note that any furniture has a short return time of 7-12 days after delivery, after that all sales are final on furniture.) If an item is unreturnable such as a bathing suit please send pictures of the issue, as soon as possible. The item must be the product you purchased from us. We now send return postage on clothing and accessories. Furniture return postage must be paid by the customer and all "Beautiful Furnishings" vendor items must be paid by the customer if a return must be created.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Digital downloads.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

For one of our vendors: 

Will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 30 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on their part. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, digital files, and beauty products are final sale. However you must take a picture of the issue relating to the refund item within 24 hours of receiving your product. Failure to do so could result in your refund being denied. Why do we require this? We use vendors for some of our items, our vendors require this, if you do not do this our vendors will not refund us, therefore we cannot refund you. 

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.

Returning Goods

You will receive a prepaid shipping label if your purchase qualifies. (Furniture is not qualifying, this is a different process.)

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Furniture: 

(Please read furniture is different than other smaller items.)

Many quality steps are taken to ensure your products arrive to you in excellent condition. Before installing the appliance, please double check the following when it arrives:

(1) Scan the box for damage.

(2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

(3) Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement.

Once the product has been used / installed by the user, it will not be eligible to return.

Product Arrives Damaged

When a product is being delivered, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and email us to arrange for a replacement part. If the item is unusable, you shall also keep the item. Damaged items can ask for full refund or exchanged at no charge. Photos of the damaged merchandise will be required.

Unwanted Items

You Changed Your Mind

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact email us to determine if your order can be cancelled. If the product has been packed and prepared for delivery, a restocking fee will generally apply. If an order has shipped, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise provided all original packaging has been retained. This full refund does not include shipping charges: when a customer has changed their mind and chooses to return their merchandise, they are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our distribution center.

A restocking fee will apply, starting at 40% of the purchase price for any item returned out of the factory-sealed packaging. All items will be inspected upon return. The company reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees based on the condition of the returned product. Any restocking charge will be taken out of any refund due.

Return Requirements

In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the In-Home Delivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged. Please note, return shipping fees may apply.

CHARGEBACKS: 

If you have a real chargeback please take care of it, it is terrible that someone stole your information. HOWEVER, if you just want to create a chargeback just because it is easier than a return, please do not do this to us. Please do a return and refund option instead. Why do we ask you do this? 

* We get hit double to pay you back, in other words if an item costs 8.99 we will pay the bank back close to 30.00 for that item once it all completes. 

* It takes us off of a lot of our sales channels. Most sales channels offer discounts and easy pay options. This hits them hard too. This means we become a ghost on the internet, no one sees our store for over 6 months. 

* We can't restock the item, if it was due to just a sizing problem. 

* We can't return the item back to the vendor, showing the defects so they can improve. 

* We take the hit for being a store that allowed the order to go through. Most of the time orders being sent to different address are actually a gift for a family member. If we receive too many chargebacks for sending to different address we will not allow gifts to be sent to other addresses other than the purchaser's address, or we will message you concerning this to ensure you are a real customer. 

Shipping Policy

Unveiling Our Transparent and Reliable Shipping Terms.

Most of our items are shipped from inside the United States. We do have some items imported. We calculate and estimate our shipping rates depending on the size, weight and volume of the item. Different rates will be available but not for all products. Certain items will not be eligible for certain carriers. 

We use tracking when we ship our domestic items, even our international items will have tracking. For our international shipping and international customers, we use USPS international, UPS international, or whatever is fastest and more reputable. We avoid e packet, DHL, and other forms of international shipping if a product is purchased from another country, unless it is the only option available by the warehouse or vendor. 

We are not responsible for items being damaged in the mail, or lost packages. Once an item leaves our hands it is in the hands of that carrier. If by chance an item becomes lost in the mail please file a complaint with that carrier. Please note that delivery times can be delayed due to weather and pandemics.

Please allow additional time for processing the order, packing the order, and delivery time. If the item is being handmade or backordered it could take a few days longer to process.

Our items are in high demand and can sell out quickly. If this would occur and the item is no longer being produced, you will be refunded fully.

Our transit times are estimated. Transit times could change due to unforeseen conditions, weather, lack of postal employment, or any unfortunate circumstance, transit times could be shorter or longer. 

Our transit times range from instant (digital downloads fall into this category), 2-5 business days, 5-10 business days, 8-12 business days, 10-15 business days, and 15 business days. If you are wondering how many days your item will be in transit please don't hesitate to message us. (We have added an international section, these items can take an estimated 19 business days depending on customs and the vendors processing times can range up to 5 business days.)

For now we only ship within the United States, if we do receive an order from a customer outside of the United States, we will contact the customer and if the item is located at our location we will process it, if the item is from a vendor and the vendor ships to customers outside of the USA we will process the order. If the vendor does not ship internationally, we will cancel the order and refund the customer fully. Another course of action could be If you are willing to wait for an item and pay more to have the item shipped to you we can have the item sent to us first from the vendor then send it to you from our location. There are m any suppliers that will not ship overseas. This can be discussed if this issue arises.

The truth is...this is not my full time job, this is my hobby, and I love it. I work like everyone else does. So, therefore, I cannot answer phone calls at my job. My main job pays my bills so I cannot mess it up. 

If you have any questions message me. You can text that number anytime of the day. I work 7am to 7pm at my main job, so if you message during the days that I work, I get online those evenings once I settle into my home, and I return your message. I cannot answer phone calls, but I will respond to your texts as soon as I can. If I am off work that day I message you as soon as I see the message. Please allow me a little bit to see the message, I am not constantly online. ❤️ 

Did you know that I am not the only one that does this? Since I have been on this platform which has been years I have noticed how many other stores that I thought had a actual building that are actually the same platform that I am selling my products. So, when you see something from my store, someone will have the same things I do, only they won't tell you that they are also using vendors. That is the ONLY way they can be selling the same items.  Some are still using Aliexpress, which I refuse to use. I do not like the quality of those items, they are not made well enough to resell. Some are purchasing the same products wholesale from the same vendors. I cannot afford to lose that much. Clothing can age just like food, makeup, and other products. I like my items to be fresh from the vendor when you order from me. 

The only downfall that this has is at times it can take up to two weeks to receive your items. People love the white label items I have but, they have a longer transit time, up to two weeks, not counting weekends. When you purchase a brand name they do not take as long, there transit time is anywhere between 2 to 10 business days. (Depending on your location) 

Did you know I used to be Bay Gift Shop? I felt it didn't have a nice ring to it, so Feb 2025 I changed the name of my business to Panthera Couture.  It's becoming really tough to get out there again in the huge world of the net. I forgot how hard it was to become noticed. I miss my past "known" store Bay Gift Shop. I am not sure why Google isn't recognizing me and not sure why I can't get out there again. I guess I have to lie and say I can be online non-stop, or state that I have a actual building, which I will not do. I have a very hard time with lying to people. 

FYI, did you know you can open a store like me? Anyone can do it, there are some steps you need to take to do it legally, but you can do it. If you are a decent person you will do it the right way then go for it. There are many people out there still only doing it half way, which is illegal to do. I see many people writing bad reviews on vendors sites saying "Why do I need a license to use your products, when and why did this happen?" It's the government, not one person is legally permitted to sell anything online without a resale license. What that means to you: You must submit any sales to the government quarterly, and pay taxes on those items quarterly. The vendors must do that too, or they are not legal. Vendors will lose their business if they do not make sellers submit a legal license. This changed a few years ago. People wanted to stop it, but it became a law.

Adding cholesterol treatments is an option too, cholesterol is an old remedy and still works today. Handle with care. Use hair strengthening products and mild shampoos.

SUMMER:

  • Summer is a wonderful time of the year, but not when it comes to your hair. The sun can bleach the hair and make it very dry. If you love to swim in the ocean, the salt in ocean water can dehydrate your hair and your scalp, leaving it to feel dry, brittle, and frizzy. Ocean salt water can draw out moisture from your hair, and cause breakage. Make sure to buy treatments to help save your hair. Your hair can become damaged from the sun since our hair is made from keratin, the sun can make your hair become weaker and more likely to break.
  • Summer and your skin are not a nice mix. UVB rays can cause a much greater risk of skin cancer than UVA rays. All of it can cause aging, wrinkling, and loss of elasticity. UV rays can make their way to the inner skin, and cause skin cells to die, become damaged, and possibly develop cancer.
