Thank you for shopping with Panthera Couture! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time

We currently ship within the United States only. After processing, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Stolen packages

Panthera Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
