We now send a return pre-paid label for you to send your items back to us; excluded are the products from Beautiful Furnishings. We do not place the pre-paid label within the package, we send you a pre-paid label after inquiring or starting a return, about a return, and a refund. We do not offer exchanges.

Please note: (Read before you purchase) Fast Furnishings will not have an automatic return policy, but it can be returned to the vendor within reasonable timing. Most all Fast Furnishings items are final sale items. If you notice something wrong with your item and it is furniture from Fast Furnishings ensure you notify us before your 6 days is up, this is per vendor policy not ours, if you do not notify us before 6 days you will be responsible for the items, and a return will not be granted. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We cannot and will not be responsible for this companies errors, if there would be one. We have not had any issues with these products, however, they are too high priced for us to pull out of pocket. We only receive a small percentage of the sale amount when it comes to this company. The only amount we could possibly refund from us (Panthera Couture) could be the amount we received for selling their products. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Panthera Couture.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Digital downloads.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
For one of our vendors:
Will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 30 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on their part.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, digital files, and beauty products are final sale. However you must take a picture of the issue relating to the refund item within 24 hours of receiving your product. Failure to do so could result in your refund being denied. Why do we require this? We use vendors for some of our items, our vendors require this, if you do not do this our vendors will not refund us, therefore we cannot refund you.
All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.
Returning Goods
You will receive a prepaid shipping label if your purchase qualifies. (Furniture is not qualifying, this is a different process.)

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Furniture:
(Please read furniture is different than other smaller items.)
Many quality steps are taken to ensure your products arrive to you in excellent condition. Before installing the appliance, please double check the following when it arrives:
(1) Scan the box for damage.
(2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
(3) Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement.
Once the product has been used / installed by the user, it will not be eligible to return.
Product Arrives Damaged
When a product is being delivered, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and email us to arrange for a replacement part. If the item is unusable, you shall also keep the item. Damaged items can ask for full refund or exchanged at no charge. Photos of the damaged merchandise will be required.
Unwanted Items
You Changed Your Mind
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact email us to determine if your order can be cancelled. If the product has been packed and prepared for delivery, a restocking fee will generally apply. If an order has shipped, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise provided all original packaging has been retained. This full refund does not include shipping charges: when a customer has changed their mind and chooses to return their merchandise, they are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our distribution center.
A restocking fee will apply, starting at 40% of the purchase price for any item returned out of the factory-sealed packaging. All items will be inspected upon return. The company reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees based on the condition of the returned product. Any restocking charge will be taken out of any refund due.
Return Requirements
In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the In-Home Delivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged. Please note, return shipping fees may apply.
CHARGEBACKS:
If you have a real chargeback please take care of it, it is terrible that someone stole your information. HOWEVER, if you just want to create a chargeback just because it is easier than a return, please do not do this to us. Please do a return and refund option instead. Why do we ask you do this?
* We get hit double to pay you back, in other words if an item costs 8.99 we will pay the bank back close to 30.00 for that item once it all completes.
* It takes us off of a lot of our sales channels. Most sales channels offer discounts and easy pay options. This hits them hard too. This means we become a ghost on the internet, no one sees our store for over 6 months.
* We can't restock the item, if it was due to just a sizing problem.
* We can't return the item back to the vendor, showing the defects so they can improve.
* We take the hit for being a store that allowed the order to go through. Most of the time orders being sent to different address are actually a gift for a family member. If we receive too many chargebacks for sending to different address we will not allow gifts to be sent to other addresses other than the purchaser's address, or we will message you concerning this to ensure you are a real customer.
