Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Simply print the label provided during the return process and send your item back to us.

Note: (We do not provide return shipping label for the vendor Fast Furnishings – this must be obtained directly from them.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

·       Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your band or payment provider.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen packages
