We now send a return pre-paid label for you to send your items back to us; excluded are the products from Beautiful Furnishings. We do not place the pre-paid label within the package, we send you a pre-paid label after inquiring or starting a return, about a return, and a refund. We do not offer exchanges.

Most all Fast Furnishings items are final sale items. If you notice something wrong with your item and it is furniture from Fast Furnishings ensure you notify us before your 6 days is up, this is per vendor policy not ours, if you do not notify us before 6 days you will be responsible for the items, and a return will not be granted.  We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We cannot and will not be responsible for this companies errors, if there would be one. We have not had any issues with these products, however, they are too high priced for us to pull out of pocket. We only receive a small percentage of the sale amount when it comes to this company. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

We ask that you ask for a return & full refund instead of filing a dispute, which is labeled a chargeback in our books. Please file a dispute if you were not the one who purchased the products, that is fine, due to it being fraud. However, if you file a dispute with your bank for any other reason, we get charged double for your purchase that is refunded to your account, plus we become invisible on the internet everywhere and on the shop app we are not permitted on that app for 6 months. We are definitely willing to refund you and send you a pre-paid label for everything except for the furniture we sell, that is handled differently and directly between you and the vendor. Please ask us for a refund instead of a dispute with your bank, unless the purchase was completed without your knowledge then please file a dispute.

These items must be returned to the furniture vendor. If you are not satisfied with Beautiful Furnishings furniture email or text us and we will send you their information. We will not assume the cost of return shipping to beautiful furnishings, cost of shipping for returns for furniture is the cost of the purchaser. If you send the furniture back to us (Panthera Couture) we will not refund the cost of shipping and you will not be refunded for the item. FURNITURE MUST BE SENT BACK DIRECTLY TO THE FURNITURE VENDOR, NOT US.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days; unless it is furniture then it is in the last 7 days. Furniture is not available for automatic return, we must be contacted asap by you.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Digital downloads.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 30 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date. FURNITURE IS NOT INCLUDED. 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on their part. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Many quality steps are taken to ensure your products arrive to you in excellent condition. Before installing the appliance, please double check the following when it arrives:

(1) Scan the box for damage.

(2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

(3) Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement.

Once the product has been used / installed by the user, it will not be eligible to return.

Product Arrives Damaged

When a product is being delivered, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and email us to arrange for a replacement part. If the item is unusable, you shall also keep the item. Damaged items can ask for full refund or exchanged at no charge. Photos of the damaged merchandise will be required.

Unwanted Items

You Changed Your Mind

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact email us to determine if your order can be cancelled. If the product has been packed and prepared for delivery, a restocking fee will generally apply. If an order has shipped, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise provided all original packaging has been retained. This full refund does not include shipping charges: when a customer has changed their mind and chooses to return their merchandise, they are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our distribution center.

A restocking fee will apply, starting at 40% of the purchase price for any item returned out of the factory-sealed packaging. All items will be inspected upon return. The company reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees based on the condition of the returned product. Any restocking charge will be taken out of any refund due.

Return Requirements

In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the In-Home Delivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged. Please note, return shipping fees may apply.

Our license: 

Shipping Policy

Most all of our items are shipped from inside the United States. We do ship from other countries (at times, it is rare), when we do they are reputable, we have used a few international vendors, they will have fast shipping and quality clothing with proper sizing. International vendors will not be the same as the sites that the public will use, these are actual reputable vendors. We calculate and estimate our shipping rates depending on the size, weight and volume of the item. Different rates will be available but not for all products. Certain items will not be eligible for certain carriers. 

We use tracking when we ship our domestic items, even our international items will have tracking. For our international shipping we use USPS international, UPS international, or whatever is fastest and more reputable. We avoid e packet, DHL, and other forms of international shipping if a product is purchased from another country, unless it is the only option available by the warehouse or vendor. Rarely we will ship using international vendors; if by chance we use an international vendor once again you will be notified. 

We are not responsible for items being damaged in the mail, or lost packages. Once an item leaves our hands it is in the hands of that carrier. If by chance an item becomes lost in the mail please file a complaint with that carrier. Please note that delivery times can be delayed due to weather, holidays, weekends, and pandemics.

Some items do not ship internationally while others items do. All items in our store will ship within the United States. If you are from an international country, and you purchased an item from our online store we will message you either way if an item can or cannot be shipped to your country. If it cannot you will be fully refunded. 

Shipping times are estimated when you check out on our store website. Please allow additional time for processing the order, packing the order, and delivery time. 

Always allow for processing time, vendors could have a processing time of up to 5 business days.  

Our USA items have a transit time of 3 to 15 business days depending on the vendor policies or if the item is shipped directly from our location, at times transit time could be longer. We added a few vendors that require the products to be sent to us first then to our customers.
